Currently, El Segundo offers a 40% tax credit on sales tax generated within a single year. This credit can be utilized to offset up to 100% of the business license tax liability in the subsequent year after being reported.

It is important to note that this tax credit is subject to certain limitations. Specifically, it is limited to three years and capped at a total of $25,000. Nevertheless, within these parameters, the potential for substantial tax savings is significant.
