Lancaster joins El Segundo, last year's inaugural honoree, as winners of this prestigious award recognizing municipalities that go the extra mile to attract and retain businesses. Being business-friendly is a responsibility that extends beyond the borders of any individual community. It is a multi-city collaborative effort that will help cement LA County's position as the Business Capital of America.
